Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently offer standard online shipping within the United States only.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed when our store is closed may begin processing on the next available business day.

What is the delivery transit time?
Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, Monday through Saturday, after the order has been processed and shipped.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for qualifying orders within our United States service area.

Which carriers do you use?
Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information is provided once it becomes active and available.

Returns & Refunds

What is the return window?
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

What are the return conditions?
Returned items must generally be unused, in their original condition, free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use, and include the original tags where applicable and original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns.

Is there a restocking fee?
No standard restocking fee is charged for eligible returns.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within up to 10 days after the return is approved. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
